Our Anger Management Program is designed to help adults navigate and manage their emotions in healthy and constructive ways. This program provides evidence-based strategies tailored to individual needs, focusing on emotional regulation, effective communication, and conflict resolution. Participants will gain the tools to build stronger relationships, reduce stress, and foster a healthier home environment.

Group Triple P Teen (13-17 years) w/ Kim [1/15-2/26]

Designed specifically for parents of teens aged 13-17, this program focuses on understanding the complexities of adolescent behavior and fostering essential teen skills, while empowering you with the knowledge and tools to create a supportive and thriving environment for both you and your teen.
This program can help you:
- Improve your relationship with your teenager
- Address teen behaviors
- Create the best environment for your teenagers developement
Youth Peer Conflict Group (Youth Ages 15-17) [1/20-3/10]
Group sessions will be held as an opportunity for peer-engagement and open conversation on peer conflict using the evidence-based ARC Model as a framework.
Participants will explore the origins of conflict, learn to practice active listening, and will participate in reframing exercises to identify positive resolutions.
