Stepping Stones (Children w/Disabilities) w/ Kim [5/12 - 6/30]

Stepping Stones Triple P has been developed for parents of children with a range of disabilities.
Based on Triple P’s proven parenting strategies, this class gives you ways to deal with the kinds of childhood behavior problems and issues that can make family life stressful. Develop a closer bond with your child and teach them new skills through a supportive, structured approach with your needs in mind.
This program can help you:
- Manage misbehavior
- Develop planning ahead routines
- Improve family dynamics
Youth Social Skills Group (Youth Ages 8-11) [5/13 - 7/1]
Group sessions will be held as an opportunity for peer-engagement and open conversation on social skills using the evidence-based ARC Model as a framework.
This 8 week-long group focuses on the topic of social skills with the aim of supporting elementary-aged youth with ADHD through structured, visual, repetitive, and play-based learning.
May 13th, 2026 - July 1st, 2026 (8 weeks)
4:00 - 5:00 pm (Wednesdays)
Youth Anger Management Group (Youth Ages 13-17) [5/19 - 7/7]
Group sessions will be held as an opportunity for peer-engagement and open conversation on peer conflict using the evidence-based ARC Model as a framework.
Participants will explore the origins of conflict, learn to practice active listening, and will participate in reframing exercises to identify positive resolutions.
May 19th, 2026 - July 7th, 2026 (8 weeks)
5:00 - 6:00 pm (Tuesdays)
Youth Anxiety Group (Youth Ages 11-14) [5/28 - 7/2]
Group sessions will be held as an opportunity for peer-engagement and open conversation on anxiety using the evidence-based ARC Model as a framework.
Participants will learn to develop coping skills, practice mindfulness techniques, and participate in activities to support anxiety reduction and regulation.
May 28th, 2026 - July 2nd, 2026 (6 weeks)

Family Transitions Triple P is a program designed for parents experiencing stress related to separation or divorce, offering additional guidance to help parents adjust to shifting lifestyles. This program focuses on building skills to manage conflict with former partners and cope with stress in a constructive, positive manner.
*This is a reminder that co-parents are not permitted to participate in the same Family Transitions session. Please do not enroll any additional individual in this program.
